Backstage with your data
Privacy script of Sonego & Dona Lizete Bistro e Eventos, drafted to meet Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018). November 2026 version.
Cue no. 1: who holds the script
The one who decides what happens to information received at this address is Sonego & Dona Lizete Bistro e Eventos, an individual entrepreneur registered under CNPJ 58.476.492/0001-76, located at R. João de Santana, 358, Chácara Santana, São Paulo, SP, 05830-270, Brazil. In the language of the law, this is the controller.
For anything concerning this script, the way in is contato@weekdaybalancenotes.com, which doubles as the line to whoever answers for data handling at the house, the data protection officer.
Cue no. 2: what reaches the wings
No page here wants a login, a registration or a shopping cart from you. What the house receives from you therefore depends only on what you yourself choose to send:
- when you write to the house's email: the address the message left from, the name shown on it and whatever the text says, such as the date wanted for an event or the number of guests;
- when you phone: the number displayed on the call and whatever is said during it;
- when you simply open the pages: the machine serving each page records on its own your device's IP number, the moment of the visit, the kind of browser and which page was opened.
We do not ask here for documents, payment details, or information about health, religion or political views. If anything of that sort arrives unasked, it will be deleted.
Cue no. 3: what each line is for
Emails and calls are used to answer whoever asked, to arrange a booking or an event, and to keep a record of what was agreed. The legal basis is the preliminary steps toward a contract you requested and, once the arrangement is settled, the performance of that contract.
The server's automatic notes keep the site running, help track down faults and block abuse, resting on the house's legitimate interest in a shop window online that works. Nothing in those records feeds a shopper profile, and none of it is sold.
Cue no. 4: who else steps on stage
Three technical providers touch this data only because the site cannot exist without them:
- the company that hosts and serves the pages, which keeps the access notes described in the previous cue;
- the service that receives email sent to the contact address and forwards it to the house's inbox;
- Google Fonts, from which your browser downloads the two typefaces in the design; with that request Google receives your IP, as with any download.
Some of these providers run servers outside Brazil; such transfers follow the terms the law allows. Beyond that, information is passed on only when an authority with legal power demands it.
Cue no. 5: cookies, markers and exit doors
No page at this address stores advertising or tracking cookies on your device, and none runs audience-analytics software. Links that lead elsewhere, such as your email program or your phone's dialler, open services with rules of their own; their terms are worth a read.
Cue no. 6: how long the material stays in the dressing room
Booking and event threads stay filed while the subject is live and, once it closes, for the period tax and consumer rules ask for proof of the deal. Messages that never became an arrangement are deleted within twelve months. The server's automatic notes follow the hosting provider's cycle, which usually discards them within a few weeks.
The inbox sits behind a password, and only those who run the house can open it. No system is proof against everything; should an incident risk harming you, we will tell you and notify the ANPD, as the law requires.
Cue no. 7: what you may ask from the audience
Article 18 of Law No. 13.709/2018 lets you confirm whether the house holds anything about you; receive it in a copy; have incomplete or inaccurate details fixed; demand that whatever is excessive or unlawful be anonymised, locked or deleted; ask for portability to another supplier; learn which entities it was shared with; and revoke an authorisation you once gave.
Requests go by email to contato@weekdaybalancenotes.com, with a line on what you are after. The house returns a position within 15 business days; if that position falls short, the National Data Protection Authority takes complaints at gov.br/anpd.
Cue no. 8: when the script changes
If the house starts collecting something new, hires another provider or changes how it keeps messages, this text will be rewritten and the version line at the top will be updated.
This page is meant for adults. Anyone under 18 should not send data to the house without the guidance of whoever is responsible for them.
